Accreditation, Compliance, & Effectiveness



The ACE Unit will monitor, develop, coordinate, and improve key quality assurance and accreditation activities related to state, regional, and federal regulations.


  • Ensure consistent communication throughout Columbia College related to all accreditation and regulation activities; e.g., implementation of new degree programs, self-study updates, program reviews, and any data published or otherwise communicated to the public;
  • Identify processes and data collection needed in order to meet new or evolving agency requirements; 
  • Provide and approve guidelines for a consistent and accurate narrative for the institution;
  • Share knowledge regarding rules and regulations.
