Student Government Association
We, the elected students of the Columbia College Student Government Association (SGA), exist to organize students voices and positive actions into a unified representation of the student body and to convey viable solutions, ideas and concerns to the institution.
A Letter From Your President
Dear Columbia College Cougars,
On behalf of the Student Government Association, I would like to welcome new students and welcome back those returning for the spring semester! The new year brings exciting opportunities as we, SGA, continue to work towards implementing your suggestions and making Columbia College an even better place to live and study. I am honored to serve you as president of the Student Government Association. On our website and on our bulletin boards, you can find a list of your representatives on SGA. If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please let us know either by visiting one of our meetings on Tuesdays at 11:00am in the Lee Room of Dulany, talking with an SGA representative in-person, submitting a suggestion to our virtual suggestion box, or by emailing us at email@example.com. Also, if you are interested in becoming a part of the Student Government Senate, elections are approaching for next semester. We will be having meeting, especially visitor friendly (free food) on April 9th from 11:00-12:00 in the Jane Froman Studio. Please join us to see what we are all about and consider running for a position for next year. Please keep in contact with us and I wish you the best this semester.
President, Student Government Association
