Technology Solutions Center: 

For technical assistance or questions, please feel free to contact the Technology Solutions Center by:

  • Visit http://help.ccis.edu to view our knowledge base, check the status of your requests, submit new requests or view known system outages.  

Holiday hours for the Solution Center are as listed, and will resume normal business hours January 5th

Holiday Phone support hours:

  • Monday - Tuesday, December 22nd - 23rd, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Wednesday - Sunday, December 24th - 28th - Closed
  • Monday - Wednesday, December 29th -31st - 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Thursday - Sunday January 1st -4th - Closed
