The Technology Solutions Center daily hours of operation are listed below. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Technology Services by phone at (800) 231-2391, ext. 4357, or by email at CCHelpdesk@ccis.edu.

The Solutions Center will be closed Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Normal phone support hours:

 
  • Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Friday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. 
  • Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. 
  • Sunday, Noon-6 p.m. 

Normal walk-in support hours:

(Located in Launer Room 1)

  • Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. 
  • Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. 
  • Sunday, 1-5 p.m. 

Online courses (Desire2Learn/D2L) 

For technical problems or error messages in Online courses (Online Course Access):  

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • User Guide: Familiarize yourself with the Online Campus interface
