The Technology Solutions Center daily hours of operation are listed below. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Technology Services by phone at 1.800.231.2391 ext. 4357, or by email at CCHelpdesk@ccis.edu.

Normal phone support hours:

 
  • Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Friday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. 
  • Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. 
  • Sunday, Noon-6 p.m. 

Normal walk-in support hours:

(Located in Launer Room 1)

  • Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. 
  • Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. 
  • Sunday, 1-5 p.m. 

Online courses (Desire2Learn/D2L) 

For technical problems or error messages in Online courses (Online Course Access):  

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • User Guide: Familiarize yourself with the Online Campus interface
