Important Dates & Information

January: The new federal FAFSA application is available each January for aid eligibility during Fall of that same year. Students are encouraged to submit a new FAFSA application as early as possible at the beginning of each calendar year. FAFSA applications can be submitted at any time during the year, but should be completed as early as possible to ensure pre-approval. Important: additional document needed to process aid may be requested through a student's CougarMail.
April 1st:Annual Missouri Access Grant deadline to submit FAFSA (for Missouri residents) for the academic year which begins the following August. Additional eligibility requirements
May 31st: Deadline to submit financial aid paperwork for the academic year which begins in August. Students submitting documentation after May 1st will be reviewed in order received.
The 3rd Wednesday of every session: Refund checks become available.
Withdrawal: If you withdraw or stop attending all of your courses on or before 60% completion date of your session, we are required to calculate a Title IV Refund of your federal aid. Please refer to the What happens if I don't complete my classes? for more information.
Requests to cancel a specific loan disbursement (Cancellation Form) may be submitted prior to the date of crediting to your account or within 14 days of notification.
