Yellow ribbon program at Columbia CollegeThe Yellow Ribbon Program was established by the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. This program allows institutions of higher learning to voluntarily enter into an agreement with the VA to fund tuition and fee expenses not covered by the Post- 9/11 GI Bill.

Columbia College proudly supports the GI Bill Yellow Ribbon Program. Students who are 100 percent qualified for the chapter 33 Post-9/11 GI Bill and meet the VA’s Yellow Ribbon guidelines will be allowed to participate in this program at Columbia College for the 2014-15 school year.
