Scholarships
The SALUTE Veterans Honor Society establishment was funded by the ACE/Wal-Mart Success for Veterans Grant awarded to Colorado State University in 2009. SALUTE was set up so that operating costs are low and the majority of membership fees are allocated to scholarships for student veterans across the nation at institutions with charter memberships. These nationally awarded scholarships are designed to support student veterans who need supplementation of their GI bill funding or who do not have GI bill funding.
